Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for actively seeking out and engaging with prospective customers, providing them with tailored solutions from our range of IT products and services. You will be key in driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and meeting company targets.
Key Responsibilities:
↠ ↠ Sales & Customer Acquisition:
1. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and other channels.
2. Present and promote the company’s products and services to potential clients.
3. Understand customer needs and offer the right solutions, tailoring presentations to each client.
↠ ↠ Relationship Management:
1. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
2. Provide excellent customer service and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
3. Act as a point of contact for any customer concerns and work to resolve them effectively.
↠ ↠ Sales Targets & Reporting:
1. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
2. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to the Sales Manager.
3. Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
↠ ↠ Market & Product Knowledge:
1. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
2. Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s offerings and continuously improve your product knowledge.
3. Participate in training and development programs to improve sales skills.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
2. 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in IT System Integration and solution sales.
3. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
5. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
